Answer:   The selected RCx agent can bid/negotiate on the retrofit construction scope (Implementation Plan) and also complete the "Final Report". However, in a scenario where the same RCx agent acts as the Implementer and also the Verifier, the agent may be held to a higher degree of due diligence by Nexant, Inc.

Question:   If an RCx agent was to conduct and perform the assessment, would it be precluded from performing the work generated by the assessment?

Answer:   No.
