Welcome
to CenterPoint Energy's 2008 New ENERGY STAR® Homes Program. This program
is intended to increase the sales of new energy-efficient homes within the
CenterPoint Energy service territory, thereby achieving electric energy
savings and peak demand reductions. The program provides incentives and
training to homebuilders to encourage the construction of ENERGY STAR labeled
homes.
The 2008 program represents the eighth consecutive year the ENERGY STAR
Homes Program has been in operation in the Houston and Gulf Coast areas.
